MarbleForDecor wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the returns process super easy.
About returns
7-day return period
Returns of merchandise (unused condition) in original packaging are accepted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise (except below).
The following situations are not eligible for returns:

Issues with Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
If the package is returned or destroyed due to an incorrect address or inability to contact the recipient, it cannot be refunded. In cases where the package is not delivered on the first attempt, we will confirm your details and arrange for redelivery with the courier. If you choose to request a refund, it must be initiated after receiving the package and following our return policy procedures. Please note that the return shipping cost will not be covered. To avoid such situations, please maintain accurate contact details and communication with us. -
Package Marked as Delivered but Missing
There is a distinction between a package lost in transit and a package marked as delivered but not found. If the courier marks your package as delivered and you cannot locate it, we are unable to provide a refund, replacement, or claim. In this case, we recommend checking alternative locations such as other entrances to your property, with neighbors, or at your building's reception desk. If the package is still missing, contact the courier directly for assistance. -
Damaged Items Upon Delivery
If the items are damaged upon delivery, please follow these steps:
- Inspect the package and items immediately upon receipt.
- If the exterior of the package is visibly damaged, note "Damaged" on the delivery receipt, along with your signature and the driver’s signature.
- Take photos of the damaged package and send them to us.

Important: Do not refuse delivery of the package, as we will be unable to assist you with any issues if the package is rejected.
Once you receive the package, contact us promptly at marblefordecor@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If no issues are reported after delivery, the package will be deemed fully accepted.
How to Return
- Do not return or refuse the product without contacting our customer service team first. Any unauthorized returns or refusals will not be eligible for refunds.
- To initiate a return, email marblefordecor@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The name and quantity of the items you wish to return
- A photo of the complete package

Refunds Before Shipment
Customers may request a full refund before the product is shipped. To do so, please confirm your request with our customer service team. Once confirmed, the refund will be processed without any conditions. -
Refunds During Delivery
Refunds are not accepted once the product has been shipped and is in the delivery phase. -
Refunds After Delivery
For non-quality-related refunds after receiving the product, the customer must return the item in its original condition and bear the return shipping costs. The refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product. -
Refund Processing Timeline
- Once a return and refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days.
- Depending on the payment method, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original account within 1-10 business days.
- If the refund does not appear within this timeframe, customers are advised to contact their payment provider for further assistance.
