Once the purchase is successful, we will process the order within 1-2 weeks and send the customer an email with tracking information once the package is shipped. Delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the country.

If the customer wishes to request a refund before the product is shipped, they may do so unconditionally after confirming with customer service. Once the product is shipped, refunds are not accepted during the delivery phase. For non-quality-related refunds after receiving the product, the customer must return the item and cover the shipping costs. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product.

If the customer's return and refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 1-3 days. Depending on the payment method, the refund will reach the original account within 1-10 business days. If not received within this timeframe, the customer may contact the payment provider for further assistance.
