▼Once the purchase is successful, we will process the order within 1-2 weeks and send the customer an email with tracking information once the package is shipped. Delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the country.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please use a physical address.
Returns
▼If the customer wishes to request a refund before the product is shipped, they may do so unconditionally after confirming with customer service. Once the product is shipped, refunds are not accepted during the delivery phase. For non-quality-related refunds after receiving the product, the customer must return the item and cover the shipping costs. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product.

● Clean using a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly after cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, vinegar, acidic products and harsh chemicals, as these may damage or alter the natural stone surface.
